Seriously, it really doesn't matter what I eat. If it was baked, fried, sauteed, microwaved or boiled, I'm almost certainly going to lather up the food with some good 'ol hot sauce. Take for example my lunch meeting at MPMC with Editor Henry D and Publisher Ed Zinke. There we were sitting there discussing the days events, possible story ideas and future plans for the magazine. By the way, we also had a mini-debate on some exhaust and muffler systems. Anyway, I digress, by the time the food came, it was like I could see their mouths moving, but my brain could'nt possibly concentrate on two things at once. I had the food there, they were talking, but there was no hot sauce. I am a fiend for the blazzing taste that I get in my mouth when I chomp down on that food. I just had to have that sauce. All in all we got some good ideas down, and my mouth was certainly in a delightful meltdown stage. Thanks for lunch Ed!
