I wish I could say my Saturday morning was like the rest of America--asleep. However, I awoke bright and early around 6:45 am to make my way to Rubio's Auto Body in Sun Valley, Ca. It was there we planned to make some final body sanding rounds to complete the first batch of primering and to make way for the second coat of primer. Artie Rubio and myself got to work at began sanding what was left of the bondo that had dried days before. Then, we blew off the residual dust and wiped the body clean with some damp rags. Finally, we could prepare to spray the body with our last coat of Gray primer. "You could shoot this thing Gloss Black if you wanted to...its that straight" yelled Artie Rubio. And, he was right.
