I know I know. It seems like a weird and off thing to think about. But, when I purchased my hat a year or so ago back in Vegas at a Rod show, all I could think about was the El Camino. I don't know why, but it just hit me that this is the hat I want to wear when the car gets fired up and driven for the first time. It's a simple hat from www.unprovokedclothing.com and it emits an old school sort of flavor. It's going to be a superb moment for myself and the magazine. Not only does the hat meet my style requirements (or lack thereof) but it's helped me stay motivated. Every time I see the hat or put it on, all I can think about is getting the El Camino done. I can't wait to wear this hat when the car is done!
