This adventure was crazier than Mr. Toads wild ride!
You'll get the complete story in the upcoming October '09 issue, but I wanted to say we survived our first Lemon's excursion and had a blast getting through it.
The good news is we made it to Reno, Nevada from SoCal and eventually got our third-gen onto the track. The bad news is, we experienced two blowouts on our borrowed trailer, got pulled over in the Lake Tahoe area, and hurt the motor.
Again, it was fun and I have to say that every gearhead needs to get out to a Lemon's race - at least once!
As for us, we're hooked and we're going to try and make the November Thunderhill event in Willows, California.
