What’s lacking here is an enlarged picture revealing evidence of the dirt and debris that clogs fuel injectors and carburetors. Anyone who has frequented a carburetor repair shop and observed the countless numbers of carbs returned for attention knows that many are impaired by contamination—usually by the ingress of dirt and debris stuck in the main jets or in the needle-and-seat valves. Though we failed to capture this aspect we have attached a picture, together with the release, illustrating the various elements (internal and external) of the fuel filtering system.
