The 2010 Chevy Camaro out sold the 2010 Ford Mustang GT in sales for the month of June by nearly 2000 cars. In June GM reported 9,320 Camaros were sold while Ford only sold 7,362. Some GM dealerships were selling Camaros off the truck with only a extra mark up of $500 from the sticker price.
Some people I talk to tell me they think the 2010 Camaro is a recession proof car for GM and can't fail. So far it looks to be that way. Even GM cant believe how well its selling. GM only predicted about 5,000 Camaros to be sold in June and they were blow away by its success. Good Job GM.
