Ground Up Grand Opening a Huge Success!
January 22nd and 23rd marked Ground Up's grand opening at their new facility in Naugatuck, CT. Close to 1000 people stopped by between Friday and Saturday to buy parts, check out Ground Up's cars on display, and chat with reps from different vendors.
Reps made the trip to Connecticut from PUI, Auto Custom Carpets, The Right Stuff Detailing, Street Side Restorations, and Unique Performance to meet customers and answer questions about products. Ground Up also had their own booth set up to showcase some cool parts and answer questions about the company.
On display were several cars from Ground Up's own collection including a real 1969 Camaro SS396 with the L89 factory aluminum head option, a 1970 Chevelle SS454 LS5 with build sheet and documentation, a 1969 Camaro Yenko tribute car, and an optioned out 1970 Chevelle SS396 convertible. Show goers had the opportunity to ask questions about the cars as well as see how many of the parts in the Ground Up catalog look when they are installed.
